Deposit

• Start your lay-by with a minimum deposit of 20% of the total price.

Payments

• Pay the balance in monthly instalments over the agreed lay-by period (up to 3 months).

Price Guarantee

• The price is fixed at the time you start your lay-by.

Collection

• Hardware can only be collected/delivered once the full amount has been paid.
• Collection/Delivery must take place between 7 and 21 days of final payment.

Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time.
• A 10% cancellation fee applies, and the balance will be refunded.

Default

• If payments stop for two months in a row, the lay-by will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Ownership

• The hardware remains the property of Takunda IT Solutions until fully paid.
