Refund & Returns Policy

At Takunda IT Solutions, we value your trust and are committed to delivering quality products and services. This Refund Returns Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when doing business with us, while ensuring fairness and compliance with South African consumer protection laws.

  1. IT Hardware & Accessories
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist promptly.
  1. Software Licensing
  • Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
  • Refunds may only be considered if the license key has not yet been issued or activated.
  1. Refunds
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., EFT, card, or payment gateway).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item supplied.
  1. Exchanges & Returns
  • Eligible items may be exchanged, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  1. Exceptions
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for return.
